How can I request my transaction statement?
You can request a transaction statement from your account to view or download details of your deposits, withdrawals, trades, or rewards. The requested statement will be sent to the email address you have registered.
Steps to request a transaction statement
Sign in to your account.
Go to Transaction Statement.
Select the type of statement you want:
Fiat Statement – Shows all fiat deposits and withdrawals.
Crypto Statement – Shows all crypto deposits and withdrawals.
Trade Statement – Shows all buy and sell transactions, regardless of fiat or crypto.
Rewards Statement – Shows all rewards earned.
Consolidated Account Statement – Shows all account activity, including fiat deposits/withdrawals, crypto deposits/withdrawals, and trades.
Select the date range for the statement.
Click Request Statement.
Enter your 6-digit Security PIN.
You will see a confirmation message:
“The transaction statement will be sent to your registered email within 15 minutes.”
The statement will then be emailed to your registered email address.
Important things to know
You must complete KYC verification before requesting a transaction statement.
The maximum date range allowed per request is 365 days.
For security purposes, you will need to enter your 6-digit Security PIN to request the statement.
Why can’t I request my transaction statement?
You may not be able to request your statement if:
Your KYC is not completed
You will see a prompt asking you to complete KYC verification before requesting a statement.Invalid Security PIN
Ensure that you enter the correct 6-digit Security PIN when requesting the statement.
Didn’t receive your statement?
If you do not receive your transaction statement within 15 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, please contact our support team, and we will assist you.
