How does the Toyow Referral Program work?

The Toyow Referral Program allows you to invite friends to join the platform using your unique referral code or link. When your referral successfully registers and completes KYC verification, you may receive referral rewards based on the current campaign.

How do I refer someone?

Follow these steps to share your referral link or code:

  1. Sign in to your account using your registered mobile number.

  2. Navigate to the Referral section.

  3. On the referral page, you will see:

    • Your unique 6-digit alphanumeric referral code

    • A referral link

    • A QR code that can be scanned to join

  4. Tap Share to send your referral link via apps available on your device (such as messaging apps or email).

You can also copy the referral link or code and share it manually.

How can someone join using my referral?

A new user can join Toyow using your referral link or code in two ways.

If the user has not downloaded the app

  1. Click the referral link or scan the QR code.

  2. Download the Toyow app from the App Store or Play Store.

  3. Open the app and click Register Now.

  4. Enter the following details:

    • Mobile number

    • OTP verification

    • Full name (as per ID document)

    • Email address

    • The referral code will automatically populate during registration.

  5. Accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

  6. Verify your email OTP.

  7. Create and confirm a 6-digit Security PIN.

  8. Complete the KYC verification process.

If the user already has the app but has not registered

  1. Open the Toyow app or visit the website.

  2. Click Register.

  3. Enter your mobile number and verify the OTP.

  4. Enter:

    • Full name

    • Email address

  5. Enter the referral code (optional if you did not use a referral link).

  6. Accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

  7. Verify your email OTP.

  8. Set and confirm your 6-digit Security PIN.

  9. Complete KYC verification.

When are referral rewards given?

Referral rewards are issued once the referred user successfully completes KYC verification. Additional rewards may also apply based on activities such as:

  • Account registration

  • KYC completion

  • Purchases on the platform

  • Portfolio value milestones

Reward rules may change depending on active referral campaigns.

Can I use a referral code after registering?

No. If a user has already registered on the platform, they will not be able to apply a referral code afterwards.

Referral codes must be entered during the registration process.

Important things to know

  • Your referral code is a unique 6-digit alphanumeric code.

  • You can share it multiple times with different users.

  • The referral page also displays a list of users who registered using your code.

  • You may also see the KYC status of your referrals.

Why can’t I access the referral section?

You may see a prompt to complete account verification if your KYC is not completed.

Referral features become available only after KYC verification is successful.

Didn’t receive your referral reward?

If your referral has completed registration and KYC but you have not received your reward, please contact our support team, and we will assist you.
