If your account has been deactivated, you can request reactivation by verifying your identity and submitting your KYC documents.
Steps to reactivate your account
Sign in to your account.
Reactivation Prompt
You will see: “Your account is deactivated; do you wish to reactivate your account?”
Select “Yes” to proceed.
Upload required KYC documents:
ID Proof (same as previously submitted)
Address Proof (same as previously submitted)
Selfie holding a paper with the current date.
Submit your request
Review status
You will see: “Your account is under review and will be reactivated within 2 working days.”
You will also receive an email confirmation.
Important Notes
Submitted documents must match your previous KYC records.
If there is a mismatch, our team may contact you for updated documents.
After Your Account is Reactivated
You will receive a reactivation confirmation email.
Log in again using your mobile number and OTP.
Set a new 6-digit Security PIN.
You will be redirected to the login page.
Temporary Restrictions (24 Hours)
For security reasons, the following actions will be restricted for 24 hours after setting your new PIN:
Fiat Withdrawal
Crypto Withdrawal
Asset Sales (Once the secondary market is enabled)
You can still:
Deposit Fiat or Crypto
Buy assets on the platform
