Your mobile number is a unique identifier for your account at Toyow. Once you change your mobile number, your account is transferred to the new number which then becomes the unique identifier for your account.
Below is the process to easily change your mobile number through secure validation.
Log in to your Toyow account using your credentials
Click on your profile Icon at the top right corner
From the banner, click on "Settings"
Select "Account & Security"
Click on "Edit" option available beside the Mobile Number textbox
Enter your new mobile number and your PIN to confirm
OTP's will be sent to your new mobile number and your registered email address.
Enter the OTP's received in the respective fields.
Click on "Verify"
That's it! You will receive a confirmation notification to your registered email address.
