Completing my KYC

Important

  • Before starting the verification process, make sure you have the necessary documents ready for submission.

  • In some cases, the verification process may take up to 24-48 hours. You can also view the status on the verification page by logging into your Toyow account.

  • It is recommended to have a stable and good network connectivity while going through the KYC process to ensure a seamless experience.

How do I complete my KYC?

Completing your KYC (Know Your Customer) on Toyow is a straightforward process.

Here's how you can do it:

  1. Sign in to your Toyow account using your registered mobile number.

  2. Click Verify Account on your dashboard. You will be redirected to the KYC verification page.

  3. You can complete the verification in two ways:

    1. Continue on your web browser OR

    2. Scan the QR code to continue on your mobile device.

  4. Select the document details:

    1. Choose the Country of issuance.

    2. Type of Document

  5. Upload your Proof of Identity (POI) & Proof of Address (POA) documents.

  6. Complete the Selfie verification. You will be prompted to take a selfie to complete identity verification.


If you have registered using an Indian Mobile Number, we accept the following documents:

For Proof of Identity (POI):

  • PAN Card

For Proof of Address: (Any one from the following)

  • Aadhaar Card

  • Valid Driving License

  • Valid Passport

  • Utility Bill (Dated within the last 3 months, and the complete residential address should be mentioned in the utility bill)


If you have registered using a Non-Indian Mobile Number (excluding India), we accept the following documents:

For Proof of Identity (POI): (Any one from the following)

  • Valid Driving License

  • Valid Passport

  • National ID Card

For Proof of Address: (Any one from the following which has the complete residential address mentioned on it)

  • Valid Driving License

  • Valid Passport

  • National ID Card

  • Utility Bill (Dated within the last 3 months, and the complete residential address should be mentioned in the utility bill)

POI and POA must be different documents.

Selfie / Liveness Check

You will need to capture a live selfie to complete the verification process.

  1. Please ensure that the selfie you take is clear and shows your face prominently.

  2. This photo will be compared with your identity document for verification purposes.

  3. We cannot accept black-and-white or low-quality photos/scans, or screenshots of identity documents.

  4. Please make sure the selfie is colored and of high quality.
