Completing my KYC

Important

  • Before starting the verification process, make sure you have the necessary documents ready for submission.

  • In some cases, the verification process may take up to 24-48 hours. Once your verification is successfully completed, you will receive an email notification on your registered email ID. You can also view the status on the verification page by logging into your Toyow account.

  • It is recommended to have a stable and good network connectivity while going through the KYC process to ensure a seamless experience.

How do I complete my KYC?

Completing your KYC (Know Your Customer) on Toyow is a straightforward process.

Here's how you can do it:

  1. Log in to your Toyow account using your credentials

  2. Click on your profile Icon at the top right corner

  3. From the banner, click on "Settings"

  4. In the Settings page, you will find an option labeled "Verify Your Account"

  5. Click on it to proceed

If you have registered using an India number, we accept the below documents:

Verification of Identity

Toyow accepts a valid PAN card as proof of identity (POI)

After capturing the PAN card, you can either follow the digilocker flow or capture the address documents as below.

Verification of Address

Toyow accepts the following documents for address verification:

i) Aadhar Card OR

ii) Valid Driving License (DL) OR

iii) Valid Passport OR

iv) Voter ID card

If you have registered using a global number(excluding India), We accept the below document :

Verification of Identity (POI)

Toyow accepts:

i) Valid Driving License (DL) OR

ii) Valid Passport OR

iii) National ID card

Verification of address (POA)

Toyow accepts:

i) Valid Driving License (DL) OR

ii) Valid Passport OR

iii) National ID card

** You cannot submit the same document as POI & POA **

Selfie

You will be required to take a live picture of yourself

  1. Please ensure that the selfie you take is clear and shows your face prominently

  2. This photo will be compared with your identity document for verification purposes

  3. We cannot accept black-and-white or low-quality photos/scans, or screenshots of identity documents

  4. Please make sure the selfie is colored and of high quality
