What is the Waitlist Rewards Program?
The Waitlist Rewards Program rewards early Toyow supporters with Marketplace Credits, early access to marketplace listings, and exclusive community benefits upon completion of the program requirements.
Who is eligible for the program?
To qualify, you must:
Join the Toyow waitlist.
Complete KYC verification.
Add funds to your Toyow Marketplace account.
Purchase your first tokenized asset within 90 days of the first marketplace listing.
Be among the first 20,000 users to complete these steps.
How do I receive my Marketplace Credits?
Marketplace Credits are automatically awarded after your first eligible purchase. No manual claim is required.
When can I use my Marketplace Credits?
Marketplace Credits can be redeemed starting from your second eligible purchase. They cannot be used on your first purchase.
What is the maximum Marketplace Credits that I can use in one purchase?
Marketplace Credits are redeemable at cumulative 1.5% of Asset Token purchase value starting from the second Asset Token purchase onward.
When do my Marketplace Credits expire?
Marketplace Credits expire 12 months from the date of your first eligible purchase.
Can I transfer or withdraw my Marketplace Credits?
No. Marketplace Credits cannot be:
Withdrawn
Transferred
Sold
Traded
Exchanged for cash
They can only be used within the Toyow Marketplace.
What happens if I don't complete KYC?
KYC verification is mandatory for marketplace participation and eligibility for the Waitlist Rewards Program. Users who do not complete KYC are not eligible to purchase the tokenized asset and are eventually not eligible to receive Marketplace Credits.
How is the first 20,000 users determined?
Eligibility is based on the order in which users complete all qualifying requirements, including their first eligible purchase. It is not based on when they joined the waitlist.
What benefits do waitlist users receive besides Marketplace Credits?
All waitlist users receive:
7-day early access to the first marketplace listing.
Additionally, the first 2,000 users to join the Toyow Discord community receive:
Early Supporter badge
Access to the private Early Supporter community
Early platform updates
Direct feedback loop with the Toyow team
At what value are the Marketplace Credits awarded?
The value of your Marketplace Credits is fixed based on the TTN market price at the time of your first eligible purchase and does not change thereafter.
Does Toyow reserve the right to change the program?
Yes. Toyow may modify, suspend, or terminate the Waitlist Rewards Program or update its terms and conditions where permitted by applicable law.
