Change Security PIN

You can update your 6-digit Security PIN anytime from your account settings. Your PIN helps secure important actions such as withdrawals and asset sales.

Steps to change your Security PIN

  1. Sign in using your registered mobile number.

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Navigate to Account & Security.

  4. Click Change PIN.

  5. Enter your current (old) PIN.

  6. Enter your new 6-digit PIN.

  7. Re-enter the new PIN to confirm.

  8. Click Change Security PIN.

Once your PIN is successfully updated, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.


Important security notice

For security purposes, the following actions will be temporarily restricted for 24 hours after your PIN is changed:

  • Fiat Withdrawal

  • Crypto Withdrawal

  • Asset Sales (Once the secondary market is enabled)

You will still be able to buy tokenized assets on the platform during this time.


PIN requirements

Your Security PIN must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be exactly 6 digits

  • Numbers only

  • No special characters

  • The New PIN must be different from your previous PIN.

  • New PIN and Confirm PIN must match.


Why can’t I change my PIN?

You may encounter an error for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect current PIN - If the old PIN entered does not match your existing PIN, you will see:
    “Entered PIN doesn’t match.”

  • New PIN matches the previous PIN - Your new PIN must be different from the old one.
    “Please generate a new PIN. Ensure that your new PIN is different from the Old PIN.”

  • PIN contains non-numeric characters
    PINs must contain numbers only.
    “Security PIN should only be numbers.”

  • New PIN and Confirm PIN do not match
    If both entries are different, you will see:
    “Entered PIN doesn’t match.

  • PIN length is invalid

    1. PIN must be exactly 6 digits.

    2. You cannot enter more than 6 digits, and fewer than 6 digits will disable the submit button.
