If you’ve forgotten your 6-digit Security PIN, you can easily reset it by verifying your registered mobile number and email address.
Steps to reset your Security PIN
Go to the Toyow website or open the mobile app.
Click Sign In.
Enter your registered mobile number.
Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number.
On the Security PIN screen, click Forgot PIN.
Enter your registered email address and click Send OTP.
Enter the OTP received in your email and click Verify.
Set a new 6-digit Security PIN and click Submit.
Once completed, your PIN will be updated, and you will be redirected to the login page.
Important security notice
For security reasons, the following actions will be restricted for 24 hours after resetting your PIN:
Fiat withdrawal
Crypto Withdrawal
Asset Sales (Once the secondary market is enabled)
You can still buy tokenized assets during this period.
OTP validity
The email OTP is valid for 15 minutes only.
For your security, never share your OTP with anyone.
Why can’t I reset my PIN?
You may encounter an issue if:
New PIN and Confirm PIN do not match
You will see the message:
“New PIN and Confirm New PIN do not match.”Make sure both fields contain the same 6-digit PIN before submitting.
Didn’t request a PIN reset?
If you receive a PIN change confirmation email but did not request it, please contact our support team immediately so we can help secure your account.
