Important:
Before deactivating your account, please make sure you withdraw all your FIAT and MATIC assets.
In case you hold/ own any digital asset, you will need to first sell it and then withdraw the sales amount from your Toyow wallet.
Deactivating your Toyow account is a simple process. Follow the step-by-step instructions below:
Visit the Toyow website and log in.
Click on your account icon on the top right side and find the "Deactivate Account" button at the bottom.
From the options provided, choose the reason that best describes why you are deactivating your account.
Click on the "Next" and enter your "security PIN" and "mobile OTP"
Click the "Deactivate Account" button to finalize the process.
Deactivation may take up to 5 days to process.
You will receive a confirmation email at your registered email address, informing you of the successful deactivation of your Toyow account.
Please note: Deactivating your account does not mean your information will be deleted from our systems. We will continue keeping your information in an anonymized format for a maximum period of 5 years and will not process it for any reason other than as required by law. We will also not share your information with any 3rd party unless again required by law.
