Account Deactivation

Steps to deactivate your account

  1. Sign in to your account.

  2. Navigate to Deactivate Account.

  3. Select the reason for deactivation:

    • Not interested in the product anymore

    • Unhappy with the service

    • Unhappy with the product

    • Other (please specify)

  4. Enter your 6-digit Security PIN.

  5. Click Deactivate Account.

Once the process is completed, your account will be deactivated, and a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.


Important things to check before deactivation

Your account cannot be deactivated if there are any remaining balances or assets in your account. Please review the following:

  • RWA Assets in your account
    Account deactivation is currently unavailable for users holding RWA assets due to regulatory restrictions. Once the Secondary sale is live for the RWA that you hold, you can sell your RWA in the secondary market and withdraw your funds before deactivating your account.

  • Fiat balance in your account
    You must withdraw your fiat balance before requesting account deactivation.

  • Balance below the minimum withdrawal limit
    If your fiat balance is below the minimum withdrawal limit, you will see a warning that the balance will lapse after account deactivation. You can choose to:

    • Proceed with deactivation, or

    • Cancel and return to the homepage.


What happens to my account after it is deactivated?

  • Your account will be permanently deactivated.

  • A confirmation email will be sent with details such as the IP address, device, and location from which the request was made.

  • Your information will be stored in anonymized format for up to 5 years, only as required by applicable laws and regulations.

Your information will not be processed or shared with third parties, unless legally required.
