You can update your registered email address directly from your account settings by following the steps below.
Steps to change your email address
Sign in to your account using your registered mobile number.
Go to Settings.
Navigate to Account & Security.
Click Edit Email.
Enter your new email address.
Enter your 6-digit Security PIN.
Enter the OTP sent to your new email address.
Click Verify.
Once verified, your email address will be updated successfully, and a confirmation email will be sent to your newly registered email address.
Important things to know
The OTP sent to your new email address is valid for 15 minutes only.
For security reasons, do not share your OTP with anyone, including Toyow Employees.
Once the new email address is updated, a confirmation email along with activity details such as IP address, device, and location will sent to the new email ID.
Why can't I change my email?
Your request may fail due to the following reasons:
Email already in use
If the email address you entered is already linked to another account, you will see the message:
“The email ID is already in use with another account.”Invalid email format
If the email address format is incorrect, you will see:
“Email ID Format is incorrect.”Incorrect Security PIN
If the 6-digit PIN entered is wrong, you will see:
“Please enter the correct 6-digit security PIN.”Incorrect OTP
If the OTP entered is invalid or expired, you will see:
“Please enter the correct OTP.”
